Questions before you join?
Is RetoTime really free?
Signing up and random video chat are free in your browser. Buying Stars and Plus is optional. You need a camera, microphone and an account, and must be 18 or older.
What are Stars?
Stars are used for virtual gifts and challenges. Purchased and free Stars cannot be cashed out. Only the withdrawable portion of Stars you earn can be paid out.
How do I earn from gifts?
When a gift lands, the recipient gets Stars after the platform fee: 20% on purchased or free Stars, 5% on re-gifted earned Stars. Whole Stars are rounded down. Gifts funded with free Stars do not create withdrawable earnings.
How do I cash out?
100 withdrawable Stars = $1 USD. The minimum request is $25.00. Your account must be 14 days old, with a verified email and completed profile and age check. You need 15 calls of at least 30 seconds, 60 total minutes and gifts from 5 different people, with no open safety reviews or active suspension. Choose PayPal, Wise or bank transfer in Wallet. Staff review and pay approved requests manually; no payout time is guaranteed.
Do I have to accept a challenge?
No. You can decline or skip. Custom challenge rewards are reserved when offered and paid only when the creator confirms completion. Declined, canceled or interrupted offers are refunded.
Are calls recorded, and can I report someone?
RetoTime does not record calls. You can report or block someone during a call. Staff can restrict accounts that break the rules. Read the privacy policy and community guidelines for details.
